Our braised lamb in rosemary and mint sauce will send your earthly tastebuds into heavenly hyperdrive. Diced into convenient bite-sized pieces this flavoursome favourite will have you gravitating back for more.
We’re what you call “down to earth” delicious. You’ll find no UFOs (Unidentifiable Food Objects) in our Braised Lamb. We keep it real with just the very best pasture-raised NZ lamb, herbs and spices.
Microwave (1100W) – 4 Min:
Place bag with lamb into a microwave bowl and cut one corner of the bag. Heat on high for 4 minutes, let stand for 1 minute, and then carefully remove and open the bag. Stir before serving.
Boil-in-bag – 15 Min:
On a stove top, bring a saucepan of water to boil. Place whole bag with lamb into the water and heat for 15 minutes. Remove pan from heat and let stand for 1 minute. Carefully remove the bag, open, and serve onto a plate.
Oven – 15 Min:
Preheat oven to 220°C. Remove the lamb from the bag and place in an oven proof dish with sauce and cover. Place on the middle shelf of oven and heat for 15 minutes. Remove from oven let stand for 1 minute and stir before serving.
