Rocket juicy beef burgers and saucy beef balls are fired with Rocket Fuel Sauce. This moreish and much-loved sauce, a firm favourite on breakfast, brunch and BBQ tables across Aotearoa, was created in 1989 by the founder of Burger Wisconsin, a local Kiwi lad called Mick, who knew a thing or two about flavour and how to make a good burger. Today, the Rocket range is produced by Taylor Preston, a proudly Kiwi-as company started in 1991 by three pioneering New Zealand families. The Taylor and Grace families have farmed here for almost two centuries, and the Prestons, master butchers, have provided artisan butchery cuts and smallgoods in Wellington for more than 100 years. Taylor Preston is 100% New Zealand owned and located in Ngauranga Gorge, minutes from New Zealand’s bustling harbour capital.
