We’re what you call “down to earth” delicious. You’ll find no UFOs (Unidentifiable Food Objects) in our Lamb Ribs. We keep it real with just the very best pasture-raised NZ lamb, herbs and spices.
Hot Plate, BBQ or Grill – 10 Min:
Heat hot plate, bbq or grill to ‘sear’. Cook the ribs for 10 minutes turning regularly for even heat. Finish with fat side down to crisp the surface. Take off heat and serve.
Air Fryer – 10 Min:
Set air fryer to 200°C. Remove the lamb from the bag and cook for 10 minutes. Carefully remove and let stand for 1 minute before serving.
Oven – 10 Min:
Preheat oven to 200°C. Remove the lamb from the bag and place in an oven proof dish and cover. Place on the middle shelf of oven and heat for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and bring a pan to sear on the hob or BBQ. Place the ribs fat side down on the pan for approximately 30 seconds, take off the heat and serve.
