Boil in bag – 32 Min:
On a stove top, bring a saucepan of water to boil. Place whole bag into the water and heat for 30 minutes. Remove pan from heat and let stand for 2 minutes. Carefully remove the bag, open, and serve onto a plate.
Oven – 25 Min:
Preheat oven to 200°C on Fan Bake. Remove the lamb from the bag and place in an oven proof dish. Place on the middle shelf of oven and heat for 25 minutes until piping hot in middle. Remove from oven and serve.
For best results:
After heating, place the lamb under a hot grill for 1–2 minutes to crisp up the surface.
